Book Transit was founded with passion to change children's lives through reading, exposing them to the countless possibilities and opportunities life has to offer. We aim to provide under privileged children with books, whether it be for learning or other purposes. Book Transit provides access to quality books by coming to area where children can gather and spend time exploring through book reading activity.
Dear Friends of Book Transit,
Book Transit began with the many books in our house that passed our reading age. It came to my realization that every house has used books that they no longer need. On the other hand, there are children who desperately need books, yet are not able to obtain them. I started collecting books from people I know and distributed the books to children who need them.
It is with the help of Gregory and Terrence that we first started Book Transit. We decided to bring books to children so they can borrow and read them. We also pass used textbooks needed for learning purposes. We believe reading will enrich the lives of children, encouraging them to learn and to dream without limits.
The excitement and enthusiasm of the kids for reading is the driving force behind Book Transit to serve children in our community.
We welcome any donation of books, either used or new. Help us cultivate young minds.
Edward Pandji
Founder and President
Edward Pandji is an avid reader who started reading at a very young age. Through reading, he became interested in science since his early age. He has been involved in research since grade 5 and has participated in various science competitions. Edward loves to share his knowledge about science concepts and recognizes the importance of reading in building young minds.
Co - Founder
Gregory Pandji loves to explore how and why things work. Science always fascinates him and he is enthusiastic to share his knowledge to other students.

Terrence Mercio likes graphic design. He also loves watching and reading science related material.
